Una empresa en Cataluña busca un representante de servicio al cliente para garantizar un servicio excelente y actuar como enlace entre los clientes y la organización. El rol incluye la gestión de pedidos en SAP, atención telefónica y por correo, así como el control de stock y resolución de incidencias. Se requieren conocimientos en el campo de fragancias y química, así como habilidades en el uso de SAP. Se valorará el conocimiento de un segundo idioma europeo a nivel avanzado, así como experiencia previa de 2 años.

Formación

  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en un puesto similar.
  • Compromiso con las normativas de salud y seguridad ocupacional.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SAP y paquete Office.

Responsabilidades

  • Actuar como intermediario entre los clientes y otros departamentos de la empresa.
  • Gestionar y registrar pedidos de ventas en SAP, así como controlar el stock.
  • Brindar un alto nivel de servicio respondiendo consultas de clientes por correo y teléfono.

Conocimientos

Conocimientos de F&F, químico o similar
Conocimiento avanzado del paquete Office
Conocimiento de SAP
Conocimiento de comercio internacional (INCOTERMS)
Idioma europeo secundario (francés, alemán o italiano)

Educación

Título en negocios, FPII o similar
Calificación en perfumes y fragancias, mercado y aplicaciones (deseable)

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will ensure Lluch's service level by acting as a liaison between the organization and the assigned customer portfolio in accordance with the company's commercial and development strategies.

For that reason, the functions to be performed in the position are the following:

  • Customer representative in the organization: intermediary service between customers and other departments of the company.
  • Providing a high level of service by answering customer queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Creation of commercial offers in the system according to customer requirements
  • Receipt, management and registration of sales orders in SAP: creation, confirmation, tracking and stock updates within the order until shipment
  • Stock control: analysis and control of incoming stock in the warehouse giving the correct date and allocation in the open orders
  • Management and tracking of sample orders according to their typology.
  • Support and resolution of customer complaints, incidents and returns.
  • Consolidation of loads according to orders in progress
  • Creation and tracking of customer contracts in the system. Periodic review.
  • Maintain and update customer database in SAP.
  • Ensure proactive communication with customer: deadlines, delays, stock availability, etc.
  • Handling and sending of specific documentation related to product and orders: letters of credit, certificates of origin, invoices, etc. And technical documentation (TDS, SDS, COA, Halal, Kosher...).
  • Comply with the company's occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business degree, FPII or similar (not limited)
  • Desirable: Qualification in perfumes and fragrances, market and applications

Requirements

  • Knowledge of F&F, chemical or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office package
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of International Trade (INCOTERMS)

Languages

  • Second European language (French, German or Italian) at an advanced level, preferable

Experience

  • From 2 years of experience in a similar position
