An international customer service company in Barcelona is looking for a fluent Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative. What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly and reliable voice of our company, managing post-sales inquiries and ensuring every customer has a positive experience. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering High-Caliber Service: Providing accurate, expert information and support for post-sales requests.
  • Order Management: Accurately logging, validating, and following up on customer orders and requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Customer Advocacy: Striving to achieve the highest possible Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT) scores by resolving issues effectively and empathetically.
  • Team Contribution: Collaborating with your colleagues to maintain a successful, high-performing service environment.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: You must be proficient or bilingual in Danish (C2 level).
  • Advanced English: An advanced level of English (C1/C2) is required for internal communication and documentation.
  • Exceptional Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can confidently manage a variety of customer-facing situations.
  • Team Spirit & Drive: You're a positive, goal-oriented team player with a genuine drive for success.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar customer service, call center, or support role is a strong advantage.
