Role Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide iGaming players with prompt, friendly, and professional assistance via phone, ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support to iGaming players in English
  • Assist with account issues, payments, bonuses, and game-related questions
  • Troubleshoot technical or account problems and escape when needed
  • Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system
  • Maintain a customer-focused, solution-oriented attitude
  • Represent FEDCEL GROUP, S.L. with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
  • Must be a Nigerian citizen
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Experience in customer support or iGaming is advantageous, but not essential.
