We are looking for CRM Operations Manager to join a fast-paced marketing environment and take ownership of CRM execution across global B2B and B2C brands. This position focuses on building scalable, data-driven customer engagement journeys using leading CRM platforms and real-time event tracking systems.

The role is based in Valencia, Spain (relocation is supported by the company).

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and continuously optimize lifecycle journeys, one-off campaigns, and automated flows via email, SMS, and push channels
  • Monitor Kafka event data using Coralogix to detect and resolve data flow issues impacting CRM campaigns
  • Build and maintain dynamic audience segments to enable highly personalized communication
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to align infrastructure, logic, and delivery
  • Own QA, error monitoring, and platform testing to ensure flawless execution
  • Support configuration of promotional logic and bonus mechanics based on deposit size, expiration, and wagering criteria
  • Conduct regular audits of campaigns to ensure high deliverability, performance, and relevance
  • Maintain an organized template and snippet library to streamline campaign creation
  • Troubleshoot journey errors and collaborate with senior team members on resolution
  • Contribute to performance tracking, A/B test reporting, and campaign analysis

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or retention, preferably in iGaming / gambling industry
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies, and personalization
  • Comfortable working with data tools—knowledge of Power BI, Postman, or Coralogix is a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, organized approach to operational tasks
  • Proactive and eager to work with complex systems, always looking for ways to improve workflows
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English
