ð Your role as CRM & Marketing Data Assistant

You will support our lead generation and acquisitions teams by ensuring the accuracy of our databases managing campaigns and preparing reports that help drive results. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts giving you a front-row seat to the growth of our business.

ð Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email mailing SMS / WhatsApp).
• Track and report campaign performance providing insights and recommendations.
• Process ticket requests from the Acquisitions team ensuring timely and accurate data updates.
• Maintain and update contact databases including routing inbound calls and managing lead records.
• Prepare weekly activity and performance reports.
• Validate clean and correct data to ensure CRM accuracy.
• Provide administrative and project support for marketing events translations and collateral.

ð What we’re looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in marketing data management or administrative support.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Ms Dynamics Salesforce HubSpot or similar) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• C1 Spanish & B2 English proficiency.
