Formación

  • 2–3 years’ experience in real estate and/or commercial activities, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position: Real Estate Consultant – Madrid

We are looking for passionate and highly motivated real‑estate consultants to join our expanding team in southern Madrid.

Responsibilities
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from property acquisition to closing.
  • Provide expert advising to property owners and buyers.
  • Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities (networking events, farming, go‑direct, local events).
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
  • Follow the development and training plan using the Engel & Völkers methodology.
  • Manage documentation and necessary procedures for transactions, including AML and data protection.
  • Keep all information updated in the CRM, managing appointments, marketing activities and client follow‑up.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in real‑estate and/or commercial activities, preferably in the luxury market.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive, highly organised attitude.
  • Professional computer skills – Office / Google Drive.
