What you’ll be doing :

• Own and manage the compliance-related backlog;
• Align with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams;
• Gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories;
• Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams;
• Support backlog grooming, bug triage, and reporting;
• Ensure timely and effective execution of regulatory initiatives;
• Help design solutions that meet internal, country-level, and global compliance requirements.

What makes you a great candidate :

• 3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar delivery-focused roles;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and technical delivery processes
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and audit standards (e.g. NIST, ISO27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS);
• Experience with gap analysis, process assurance, and audit preparation;
• Confident using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog and documentation;
• Understanding of data protection and regulatory impact on product decisions;
• Skilled in breaking down complex problems and writing clear user stories;
• Comfortable delivering cross-team initiatives from planning to implementation;
• Proactive mindset with good judgment and a focus on reducing risk.
