🎥 WE ARE HIRING AN ENGLISH‑SPEAKING COMMUNITY MANAGER 🎥

We’re looking for our next Community Manager to join our Marketing team, with a strong focus on managing and growing our English‑speaking communities.

💡 What will you do?
  • Community management in English: manage and engage with our English‑speaking audience across social platforms (Instagram and TikTok).
  • Content publishing & coordination: schedule, publish, and coordinate content in collaboration with the Content Creator and Marketing teams.
  • Brand voice & engagement: ensure a consistent brand tone in English through comments, DMs, replies, and interactions.
  • Social listening: monitor conversations, mentions, and trends relevant to the brand and our community.
  • Moderation & customer care: respond to messages, comments, and reviews, maintaining a positive brand image and escalating issues when needed.
  • Performance tracking: analyze community metrics (engagement, growth, sentiment) and propose improvements based on insights.
  • Trend awareness: stay up to date with international social media trends and platform updates to enhance community engagement.
📍 What are we looking for in you?
  • Strong communication skills: excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Proven experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager or in social media roles for brands or agencies.
  • Advanced AI skills (very important): hands‑on experience using AI tools for community management, sentiment analysis, content support, social listening, reporting, or workflow automation.
  • Platform expertise: in‑depth knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms from a community and engagement perspective.
  • Cultural sensitivity: ability to connect with international audiences and adapt messaging accordingly.
  • Organization & autonomy: ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset: problem‑solving attitude and initiative to improve community experience.
  • Languages: native or professional‑level English (essential). Spanish is a plus.
