We are looking for a Community Manager & Content Creator to join the Marketing team, launching the German market from scratch and reporting directly to the Global Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full social media management: leading and driving engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube, fostering community growth and strengthening connections with audiences.
• High-impact content creation: conceptualizing, producing, and editing creative assets across all formats (photos, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc.), appearing on camera when needed, ensuring fresh, innovative, brand-aligned content.
• Strategic partnerships management: identifying, negotiating, and coordinating collaborations with influencers and content creators to maximize visibility and campaign reach.
• Content writing and adaptation: creating, translating, and reviewing persuasive copy for social media, paid campaigns, and other channels, adapting them to different markets and audiences.
• Planning and organization: designing and executing a monthly content calendar to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with global marketing objectives.
• Local strategic implementation: tailoring the global social media strategy for the German market, spotting relevant trends, and adapting messages and formats to local culture and audience sensitivities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Native / bilingual German level, with intermediate Spanish and/or English.
• Growth-driven, results-oriented profile with ambition to develop professionally.

• Ability to create and edit content (comfortable appearing in videos of any format).
• Proficiency with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, and others.
