A leading global food company in Castelldefels is seeking a Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant. Responsibilities include sales posting, inventory management, and communication with departments. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a logistics or sales department, is proficient in Excel, and is fluent in English.

Formación

  • Minimum 1-year overall experience in logistic / sales department.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

  • Daily Sales Posting.
  • Helping with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Assist the Coordinator during the monthly closing.
  • Review and control customers billing issues.
  • Review transport and warehouses invoices.
  • Be responsible for invoicing accuracy prices and quantities.
  • Communicate with various departments and external parties.

We are looking for a Commercial and Operations Administration assistant based in Castelldefels (Barcelona), on a permanent contract.

The Commercial and Operations Administration Assistant provides assistance to the Commercial department in all Sales deliveries and control of stocks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Daily Sales Posting.
  • Inventory Management : helping with inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Assist the Coordinator during the monthly closing.
  • Review and control customers billing issues.
  • Review transport and warehouses invoices.
  • Be responsible on invoicing accuracy prices and quantities.
  • Communication : communicating with various departments and external parties.

Skills required :
