We are currently seeking a Full Stack Account Executive

Based in the DACH region

to drive new business acquisition across mid-market clients. This opportunity offers full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a driven professional fluent in German, with a strong commercial mindset and consultative sales approach.

Their innovative solution simplifies corporate spending by integrating procurement, expense management, invoice processing, and accounting automation. Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads by identifying key decision-makers within target organizations across the DACH market
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous achievement of acquisition goals
  • Design and implement personalized outreach strategies using email, phone, social platforms, and meetings
  • Handle objections confidently and effectively to maintain momentum in the sales process
  • Lead commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy-in, and close new business deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to report progress and ensure transparency
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve acquisition strategy
Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written), with excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in SMB or mid-market environments
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals in a competitive market, with average sales cycles of 1–4 months
  • Strong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to consistently exceed quotas
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in various pipeline stages
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • Confident in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
