Overview

Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Women’s Sports at Antai Ventures. We’re at the very beginning of our journey as a purpose-driven women’s sportswear brand, and we’re looking for a CMO & Co-Founder to help us launch, grow, and become unmissable.

Your Mission

As our first hire for CMO, you won’t just lead Marketing — you’ll co-lead the company. You’ll own the full go-to-market strategy, from brand positioning to customer acquisition, while also steering the product and pricing roadmap hand-in-hand with the CEO. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thinks like a founder and executes like an operator.

What You’ll Own
  • Product & Pricing Leadership — Define our customer segments and translate insights into product and positioning strategy; lead market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and white-space identification; own the product portfolio roadmap and work cross-functionally with design and supply; build and lead pricing and product drop strategy to drive commercial traction while preserving brand integrity; define and iterate the value proposition to reflect brand, performance, and customer impact; work closely with the CEO and finance team to align pricing with margin and growth targets.
  • Marketing & Growth Strategy — Build the marketing engine from 0 : structure the team, define OKRs, hire talent, and lead external partners; own full-funnel strategy across paid, earned, owned, and shared media; launch data-informed acquisition and retention initiatives (SEO, Paid Social, Influencer, Partnerships, Activations); create an emotional connection with customers through storytelling, UGC, content, and community; define and track KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and brand equity metrics.
  • Leadership & Company Building — Partner closely with the CEO and Board to shape company-wide strategy; operate with founder-level ownership and mindset; build and inspire a world-class marketing and product team from the ground up; help raise future rounds and represent the company in key strategic moments.
Who You Are
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Product or Growth in DTC, consumer or e-commerce brands
  • Strong analytical thinker with a bias toward execution
  • Experienced in product strategy, pricing, and positioning
