A growing motorcycle touring company in Barcelona is looking for a dedicated Sales & Client Experience Manager. The role involves responding to inbound leads, maintaining relationships with potential riders, and organizing the sales pipeline. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in high-ticket sales and be fluent in English and Spanish. Join us in helping riders experience the adventure of their dreams in Spain and beyond.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales related to travel, real estate, or luxury products.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential; knowledge of French is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via various channels.
  • Build relationships with clients interested in motorcycle tours.
  • Organize and maintain sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Drive the sales growth of REVV Travel.

Position Overview

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls. Build warm relationships with riders planning their dream adventure. Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot while working with high‑quality inbound leads generated from strong marketing funnels. Work from our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Build warm relationships with riders planning their dream adventure.
  • Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Own the sales engine and contribute to growing REVV into a global reference in motorcycle travel.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high‑ticket sales (travel, real estate, education, luxury products, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a bonus.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, calls, email, HubSpot, and other digital tools.
