Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate the quality department.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a quality management system aligned with applicable quality standards.
  • Ensure quality team members maintain their skills to perform duties and achieve quality objectives.
  • Identify quality requirements for technological, clinical, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and manuals across all entities.
  • Supervise quality levels, control compliance, and effectiveness of measures applied.
  • Liaise with senior management on quality matters, including metrics, risk reporting, action plans, deviations, CAPAs, and audits.
  • Align with relevant regulatory standards, particularly in the health / pharma sectors.
  • Train and raise awareness about quality management system principles and policies.
  • Support policy and procedure drafting, reviewing, and approval.
  • Coordinate audit setups, including hosting auditors and follow-up reports.
  • Select third-party vendors and ensure performance of internal and external audit plans.
  • Perform internal audits and handle external audits.
  • Lead certification processes for involved entities.
  • Coordinate with the information security team and support quality aspects in maintaining ISO certificates.
  • Execute root cause analysis and CAPA definitions, supporting departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • At least 5 years of experience as a quality manager coordinating projects.
  • Previous experience working in quality leading roles in CROs or pharmaceutical companies focused on GCPs and RWD / RWE highly valued.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (health / life sciences a plus).
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing quality standards, particularly ISO9001, GCPs, and optionally ISO13485, sustainability standards, and information security.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and adaptability towards non-expert audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship cultivation and cross-functional collaboration.
