We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interaction Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing world-class interaction design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Designing User-Centric Solutions :
• Transform business requirements into tangible digital experiences that provide clear, usable, and desirable outcomes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• 8+ years of experience working as a designer within a Corporate Design Group or reputable Design Consultancy acting as a lead or principal.
• Extensive experience providing digital experience in mobile environment.
• Track record of working in close collaboration with key project teams members, including user experience researchers, proposition managers, products owners, tech leads, developers, strategist, service designers, visual design preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Documented experience of software design solutions that have been released to the market.
• Extensive knowledge / experience in modern project management methodologies (e.g. agile, lean UX).
