We are seeking a CEO Office Manager and Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO in strategic, financial and operational matters. This role combines executive assistance with financial analysis, follow-up of key strategic projects and communication with key stakeholders. It requires exceptional organization and communication skills, strategic thinking, autonomy and the ability to operate at the highest levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support & Communication
    • Manage CEO's priorities and strategic initiatives
    • Act as primary liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
    • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
    • Attend executive committee sessions and prepare minutes and follow-up actions
    • Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects and decisions
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Strategic Analysis and Project Follow-Up
    • Monitor and analyze key financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs
    • Prepare CEO dashboard with inputs from the different areas
    • Support the CEO in key projects where he participates (e.g., budgeting process, M&A opportunities), liaising with the corresponding areas
    • Conduct strategic analysis to support decisions, with the support of other departments (finance, products, sales, etc.)
    • Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance
  • Preferably from top-tier institutions (ESADE, Pompeu Fabra, or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, auditing or similar analytical roles
  • Previous experience in CEO support roles will be considered a plus
  • Advanced level English, Spanish, and Catalan essential. Any additional languages will be considered a strong asset
