A packaging company in Valladolid is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive business development across Europe. This role involves generating new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing commercial strategies. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and French, with a strong record in business growth, preferably in the packaging industry. This position requires excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously.

Formación

  • Fluent in English and French is required.

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.

At Wyser, we are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), based in Valladolid for a company specialized in packaging. This person will be responsible to cover business development activities in multiple regions within Europe, winning new customers and developing existing accounts.

Reporting to CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development, generate new opportunities and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Commercial Strategy: Implement pricing strategies and analyze margins and KPIs.
  • Customer Management: Conduct regular visits, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close contracts.
  • Commercial Planning: Coordinate demand forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and monitor regulatory changes.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French is required.
  • Strong record of winning new business and existing account growth.
  • Preferably with previous experience in the Packaging industry, specifically in high value products.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of customer dynamics.
