We’re looking for a Business Partner – Spain to join our dynamic Operations team with a strategic mission: maximize the value we deliver to our clients across Western Europe and help drive product innovation and business growth at Continuity. Primary focus will be Spain, but depending on language skills, there will be rooms to take on exciting challenges in France, UK, Germany, or Italy. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company at the forefront of insurance technology. This role offers the flexibility to work from Paris (FR) or Madrid (SP).
As a key client advisor, you’ll lead the successful deployment and expansion of our platform across Europe—starting with Spain—by guiding insurance clients from onboarding to value realization. Sitting at the crossroads of operations, strategy, tech, and client success, you’ll shape long-term partnerships, inform product development with client insights, and support commercial growth by delivering high-impact, data-driven recommendations.
In this role, you’ll engage directly with senior executives of top insurance firms, playing a pivotal role in shaping unique and impactful digital insurance solutions. You will report to the Head of Business Partnership & Client Success, and work closely with all departments.
