We are looking for a Business Architecture Consultant — a functional, consultative profile who can partner closely with Enterprise Architects to enhance the visibility, clarity, and business impact of their work.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and communication. You will translate complex architectural concepts into clear, value-driven narratives, create compelling deliverables, and help clients understand the benefits, data, and outcomes behind architectural decisions.

You will play a key role in shaping strategic discussions, supporting architecture governance, and ensuring stakeholders at all levels fully grasp the “why” behind the architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside Enterprise Architects to bring structure, clarity, and business relevance to architectural outputs.

• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly presentations, diagrams, dashboards, and narratives.

• Create high-quality deliverables: capability maps, value cases, roadmaps, KPIs, heatmaps, and decision frameworks.

• Support stakeholder alignment through workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic discussions.

• Synthesize data and architectural insights into actionable recommendations for clients.

• Ensure architecture deliverables align with business strategy, customer outcomes, and measurable value.

• Consolidate inputs from technical and functional teams to produce coherent, polished client-facing documents.

• Help communicate progress, results, risks, and benefits to senior business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to frameworks such as TOGAF, SAFe, Zachman, or Capability-Based Planning.

• Experience supporting cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Background in management consulting or business analysis.

• Experience with visualization or modeling tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq, ArchiMate, Lucidchart, Power BI).
