Formación

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand initiatives across all channels for Imagina Energía and Quantica. This is a senior role at the core of our Marketing team — ideal for someone who combines a creative mindset with analytical skills and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

You will be the guardian of our brand, ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel, and positioning across all touchpoints. From overseeing campaigns and content strategies to managing designers and performance KPIs, your impact will be felt across digital, social media, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both B2C and B2B branding, adapting brand strategies to different audiences and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership
  • Define and evolve our brand positioning, architecture, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Be the main point of contact and decision-maker for all brand-related matters.
  • Translate brand positioning effectively across both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring relevance and differentiation in each market.
Campaign Management
  • Lead 360º brand and digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external partners (e.g. designers, creative freelancers) to deliver impactful assets.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and timelines.
  • Events management.
Creative & Content Direction
  • Oversee the creation of brand assets, messaging, and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Lead the development of content for web, blog, sales materials, and commercial playbooks.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand strategy and engages target audiences effectively.
Performance & KPIs
  • Define and track key brand and campaign metrics (brand awareness, engagement, conversions, etc.).
  • Use data and insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.
  • Regularly report on performance and strategic recommendations.
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Act as content creator and social media lead: plan, produce, and publish content across channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop social media calendars and ensure all posts reflect the brand\'s tone and objectives.
  • Monitor trends, community engagement, and performance to continually optimize.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading digital campaigns and managing creative teams or freelancers.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity systems.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B branding is highly valued.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills — both written and visual.
  • Experience developing content for social media, blog, website, and commercial materials.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with marketing KPIs and reporting.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM, ideally HubSpot / Zoho.
  • Desired: basic proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.
  • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); English C1 or above (preferred).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
