A leading global communications group is offering an internship as a Finance Analyst in Spain. You will track Purchase Orders and support monthly billing processes while working collaboratively with finance and marketing teams. Ideal candidates are business students or recent graduates with strong Excel skills and proactivity. The internship lasts 6 months with a hybrid model: 3 office days and 2 remote. Overview

As a Finance Analyst intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the tracking of Purchase Orders and monthly billing across multiple markets and digital media platforms, while supporting key financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and managing Purchase Orders (PO) across different markets and platforms.
• Support monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate in month-end closing reporting, focusing on billing reconciliation.
• Help maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Work closely with finance and marketing teams to understand end-to-end billing workflows.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Interest in business management and internal organization.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• English level B2 or higher.

Additional information

• Duration: 6 months, extendable for another 6 months.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week.
• Compensation: €400 gross/month.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 14:00.
• Requirement: Ability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or business school.
