A leading aerospace company in Albacete, Spain, is seeking Manufacturing Engineers for an internship. As part of an engaged team, you will support daily operations, bridge design and manufacturing, and contribute to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have an aerospace or industrial engineering background, alongside programming and project management skills. Effective communication in both Spanish and English is essential. This position offers unique exposure to the aerospace industry and opportunities for personal growth.

Job Description

We are welcoming Manufacturing Engineers for the best job in the world! ?

• Extra-curricular internship @Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain.
• Helicopters will be part of your day-to-day and you will join our manufacturing world.?
• Being at the heart of our industry will also allow you to be in direct contact with the products you develop, and at the same time enlarging your business network.
• You will deep dive into the aerospace industry!

What do we do?

• We assemble and test AIRBUS Helicopters rear fuselages, and develop FAL/Pre-FAL concept on governmental Programs.
• We analyze and solve production issues, preventing assembly line impacts and erradicating recurrency. ?
• We are in permanent contact with the shopfloor and operators, who work hand in hand with our helicopters.
• We constantly provide data-driven improvement solutions to the shopfloor. ?

What will your day look like?

• You will help with the running of daily operations, integrated in the Manufacturing Engineering team.
• You will support our industrialization process, bridging design data to manufacturing, and collaborating with the design office to influence product architecture.
• You will ensure efficient workflow and accurate execution, by producing robust documentation and supporting change management in production.
• You will be applying continuous improvement to meet Industrial Excellence goals. ?

• Aerospace/Industrial engineering profile. ?
• Ability to apply a Digital approach to an Industrial environment.
• Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Plus, a great team player.
• Diverse academic and non-academic background.
• Programming and project management skills would be a strong asset.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
