A leading company in the leasing industry seeks an Inside Sales Team Lead based in Barcelona to manage and empower a remote team. This role involves achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with local and HQ teams. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience and a passion for people development. The role of Inside Sales Team Lead is an excellent opportunity to bring to bear both your sales and people leadership skills to build an outstanding remote sales team and expand the number of clients that partner with Cooltra. We are looking for someone to lead, empower and manage a team of 5-10 sales representatives (Spain, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany), including setting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, driving performance, ensuring work ethic and morale, and collaborating closely with our HQ team and local Ops teams to optimize operation and facilitate insights.
The ideal candidate is natural at selling and passionate about mentoring and developing people. Your primary focus will be to build a strong team that can bring on new clients that fit our criteria. You'll develop your team's skills in emailing, cold‑calling, sales navigator and growthacking and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success!
Advanced/Pro user of CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot etc.
