B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Dutch & English) Fully Remote

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Dutch and strong cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time fully remote position based in Bulgaria offering a stable salary and performance-based bonus.

Role Overview

In this role you will :

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Dutch (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset

  • Quarterly performance bonus up to 2000 BGN
