A renowned design studio in Madrid is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities include managing communications, logistics, and compliance within a creative environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in administration, strong command of English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our administrative team in Madrid, ready to help structure the world of art and design. If you love solving problems, staying ahead of the curve, and never letting an email slip by... keep reading!

What your day-to-day will look like :

  • Be the first point of contact at the studio : calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and rooms like a true logistics master.
  • Coordinate travel, bookings, and transportation.
  • Keep office supplies and our materials library (yes, we have one!) in check.
  • Support accounting and invoicing processes.
  • Handle internal requests and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Oversee compliance with the studio’s internal procedures.

✨ What we’re looking for :

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • High level of English (you’ll be dealing with international clients and suppliers).
  • Background in administration or a related field.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a strong capacity for taking initiative and moving tasks forward.
  • Immediate availability is a plus!
