Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain AV equipment and custom systems
• Operate video cameras and production switchers for media events
• Design and create AV systems tailored to production needs
• Manage transmission links and troubleshoot technical issues
• Keep up with industry trends and new tech developments
• Ensure safety compliance and clear communication across teams
• Support live event operations with AV setups and real-time adjustments

What You’ll Need

• Native/fluent Portuguese (C1) + strong English (C1) communication
• Willingness to attend fully paid training (6 months in Romania & Serbia)
• Strong photography and camera skills, including exposure and lens use
• Hands-on experience with video compositing, chroma keying, and video signal transmission
• Background in electronic engineering and AV communication tech
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Great team collaboration and time management
• Advanced IT knowledge and adaptability in fast-paced environments
