About your day-to-day

You will join our AI/ML projects to drive innovation in Hebrew language technologies. As an Applied AI/ML Engineer, your mission will be to apply your software engineering and ML expertise to create smarter, more natural user interactions in Hebrew, working on projects with global reach.

• Lead contributions to the training and deployment of NLP/ML models.
• Work with and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for Hebrew.
• Analyse large datasets to improve accuracy, quality, and robustness of models.
• Provide feedback and insights to refine algorithms and product features.
• Design and optimise evaluation pipelines for language technologies.
• Automate and scale workflows across diverse systems.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and linguists to deliver high-impact solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Native knowledge of Hebrew.
• At least +3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (training, fine-tuning, or deployment).
• Proficiency with Python.
• Hands-on experience with NLP/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills.

Would be nice if you have

• Academic background (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, Speech Technologies, or similar.
• Applied experience with text or speech recognition technologies.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines or evaluation processes.
