What You Will Do

• Lead the development of Hybrid Powertrain components for Generation 3 program.
• Manage project planning and milestones to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams for design, validation, and industrialization.
• Ensure integration of hardware architecture and software functions into existing platforms.
• Monitor workload and budget, collaborating with Purchasing, Finance, and Cost Control.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers, defining action plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout development.
• Drive performance metrics such as fuel efficiency, emissions, drivability, and NVH.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in hybrid propulsion systems and power electronics.
• Engineering degree (Master’s in Mechanical or Electronics preferred).
• Excellent skills in project management and technical analysis.
• Strong competencies in leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French is highly appreciated.
