We are looking for Analysts and Consultants fluent in Spanish + English + an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German).

What you will do

• Work in small, high‑performing teams to solve complex strategic challenges, design tailor‑made solutions for leading companies, and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
• Rapidly frame and understand each client’s strategic context, challenges and needs.
• Form hypotheses, structure analyses, identify insights, and synthesize recommendations with clarity and rigor.
• Deliver high‑quality, pragmatic solutions that are truly tailored to each client’s needs and create measurable impact.
• Craft clear, compelling narratives and communicate them effectively to clients.

What We Expect (your Qualifications)

Master’s degree and an excellent academic record from a top‑tier university (Business, Economics, Engineering or similar).

For Analyst Roles

• Previous internships in strategy or business consulting are a strong plus.

For Consultant Roles

• 2–3 years of experience in strategy or business consulting, with responsibility for workstream ownership and client interaction.
• Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to structure and synthesize complex information effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English, and at least an additional European language (Portuguese, Italian, French or German).
• Ability to work collaboratively and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
• High levels of ownership, commitment, and drive.
• Ethics, judgment, and integrity as core values.
• Comfortable traveling and working away from home.
