A leading aerospace company in Getafe (Madrid) is seeking a SAP HCM Expert for a temporary position. The candidate will support the development of internal HR tools, ensure alignment of HR solutions with business strategy, and provide technical support for new requirements. Candidates should have expertise in SAP HCM, Workday HCM, and strong document management skills, along with effective communication and team collaboration abilities. A temporary opportunity for a *SAP HCM Expert* has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid*).*
The selected candidate will join the *Experts & Development area *in Reward Operations team.
Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.
Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.
