The candidate will support the development of internal HR tools, ensure alignment of HR solutions with business strategy, and provide technical support for new requirements. Formación

• Proven experience in SAP HCM and Workday HCM.

Job Description

A temporary opportunity for a *SAP HCM Expert* has arisen within Airbus, Getafe (Madrid*).*

The selected candidate will join the *Experts & Development area *in Reward Operations team.

Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.

Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.

Main activities

• Support for configuring and developing internal tools (mainly SAP but also Workday, Time...), as well as providing innovative solutions to business needs by collaborating in the development of the HR strategy.
• Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions, policies, processes and tools to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.
• Implementation of functional requirements arranged by the department of HR Reward Operations.
• Provide technical support in the face of new business requirements.
• Resolution of incidents.
