An innovative tech solutions company is seeking an Ai Engineer in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement Agentic AI models to convert data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing high-quality Back End code in Python, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing AI models. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, advanced Python skills, and have experience with CI/CD pipelines. This position is contract-based.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in Python and familiarity with database systems.

Overview

The AI Engineer will design, develop, and implement Agentic AI models and systems, focusing on turning data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and Agentic AI techniques. This role involves working with both structured and unstructured data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deploying AI solutions in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of maintainable and high-quality Back End code (Python)
• Hands-on development of Agentic AI applications.
• Advanced data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing projects.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve accuracy and efficiency (scalable, reliable, and well-maintained)
• Document processes, models, and key learnings & contribute to building internal AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s in operations research, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced expertise in Python and familiarity with database systems (eg SQL, NoSQL, Graph).
• Proficiency in Gen AI tools AWS Bedrock
• Full understanding of Agentic systems and workflows.
• Experience productionizing GenAI services and working with complex datasets.
• Advanced Experience developing APIs with Python (eg using FastAPI) and deploying them to production.
• Full familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development, algorithms, optimization, and scaling.
• Excellent communication and business analysis skills.
