Overview

Job Title: Senior GenAI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and deployment of advanced Generative AI and Agentic solutions across enterprise processes and industry-specific applications.

This role requires an expert in software engineering and AI / ML with strong coding skills, experience in Generative AI, and a proven ability to deliver production-grade pilots and prototypes while adhering to strict engineering and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and industrialize GenAI solutions for internal and external use.
• Develop high-quality Python code that complies with best practices and delivers reusable standard components.
• Evaluate requirements from stakeholders for AI / agentic use cases.
• Determine whether use cases require single-agent or multi-agent architectures.
• Implement agent-based solutions using well-known frameworks.
• Ensure security by design: apply secure coding, data protection, and access controls across all solutions.
• Connect GenAI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Independently develop PoCs and pilots to validate use cases before scaling.
• Ensure full compliance with AI governance policies.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal accelerators for reuse.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of professional experience in software engineering & ML / AI.
• 2+ years hands-on in Generative AI, with proven delivery of RAG / agent-based and agentic deployments.
• Proven track record of DIY pilots, PoCs, or demonstrable project portfolio showing ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Expert-level Python coder with strong ML / AI frameworks knowledge.
• Skilled in API integration and cloud-native deployment.
• Strong engineering discipline (CI / CD, Git, testing, documentation, secure coding practices).
• Fluent English, spoken and written, to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
• Stays updated with latest developments in GenAI, MCP, and agentic frameworks.
• Able to autonomously evaluate requirements for agentic solutions.
• Professional mindset: self-driven, delivery-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
