Role Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Manager (M / F) you will lead and coordinate both the strategic planning and operational execution of C2C projects in Spain. Responsible for ensuring smooth operations while translating regional priorities (IBAME) into specific local actions.
On a typical day you will
- Design and execute project plans for C2C initiatives in Spain ensuring timelines, quality and business objectives are met.
- Manage daily operations: track incidents, coordinate resources and swiftly resolve issues.
- Monitor key KPIs (operational and project‑related), analyze deviations and propose action plans.
- Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating two‑way communication.
- Identify improvement opportunities in internal and external processes and implement scalable solutions.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for regional management and local teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external) fostering collaboration and shared responsibility.
What You Will Need to be Successful
- University degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar.
- 4 years of experience in project management and operations, preferably in C2C environments.
- Ability to comfortably navigate between strategic level (planning, KPIs, reporting) and operational level (incident resolution, daily coordination).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Kanban or similar).
- High analytical capacity and results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Practical, solution‑oriented and resilient mindset in high‑pressure contexts.
- Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2) is valued but not essential.
