A leading company seeks an expert in Invoice to Pay processes for its International Accounts Payable department. This role involves managing invoice verification, payment, and improvements while liaising with affiliate providers. Ideal candidates will have a background in technical accounting, strong command of English, and experience in multinational environments.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a multinational company working in Invoice to Pay.
• Higher Secondary Education with Technical-Accounting Professional Training.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all activities related to the Invoice to Pay process.
• Verification, accounting, and payment of invoices from assigned affiliate providers.
• Implementing improvements in activities related to this process.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for all activities related to the Invoice to Pay process in the International Accounts Payable department, serving as an expert in the assigned countries from both a technical (legality, legislation, taxation) and management (language, contact with the affiliate and/or local providers) perspective:

• Verification, accounting, and payment of invoices from assigned affiliate providers for purchases or services requested by these affiliates.
• Contact with affiliate providers regarding incidents, especially related to payments.
• Creating and accounting for invoices involving atypical concepts.
• Implementing improvements in activities related to this process.

Education

Higher Secondary Education with Technical-Accounting Professional Training.

Skills

• Knowledge of technical accounting, tax, and/or local legal standards.
• English (Essential), Spanish, French, German, and Flemish (an advantage).

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a multinational company working in Invoice to Pay.
