Responsabilidades

• Process, verify, and post incoming invoices using the digital workflow.
• Manage vendor data and execute supplier payments.
• Support tax compliance, including VAT returns and documentation.
• Administer fixed assets according to HGB / IFRS.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage and control the company group’s provision schedule.
• Support internal and operational audits.
• Verify travel expenses and prepare reports.

We are looking for a professional with a financial background, experience in accounts payable and financial accounting, strong analytical skills, and an independent, structured and reliable working style.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and post incoming invoices using the digital workflow
• Manage vendor data and execute supplier payments
• Support tax compliance, including VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, and documentation for tax advisors
• Administer fixed assets according to HGB / IFRS
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage and control the company group’s provision schedule
• Support internal and operational audits
• Verify travel expenses and prepare reports for authorities

Requirements

• Expertise in accounting and finance.
• SAP knowledge.
• Fluent English.
