The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with SMB customers, providing proactive support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ideal applicants have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, knowledge of the telecommunications sector, and are fluent in English and Spanish. Formación

  • Fluent English and Spanish are essential.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in B2B sales or similar role.
  • Experience in Inside Sales focusing on SMB is a plus.
  • Good understanding of telecommunications and IoT solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent English and Spanish are essential for this position.

  • Experience and Background: You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar role, ideally with a background in technical sales.

  • Inside Sales: Existing experience in Inside Sales with a focus on SMB is a big plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the telecommunications sector, especially IoT solutions/connectivity, and various IoT verticals is highly advantageous.

  • Salesforce Experience: Experience in working with Salesforce is considered a plus.

  • Collaboration with External Partners: You bring a structured and dedicated approach to collaborating with external partners.

  • Team Player: You are an open-minded and dedicated team player.

  • Practical Mentality and Positive Attitude: A practical mentality, positive attitude, and a thirst for knowledge are some of your qualities.

  • Independent Work: You are capable of working independently and goal-oriented, even remotely.

Your mission


  • Build and maintain customer relationships: Establish and nurture connections with medium and small customers through phone and email, act as the primary point of contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries, and strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships.

  • Proactive customer support: Proactively manage existing relationships, ensure the highest satisfaction levels by addressing customer needs and concerns, and contribute to maintaining a predictable order flow, fostering ongoing customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the international team: Work closely with the international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team.

  • Maintain customer focus: Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity.

  • Sales forecasting and database management: Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information.

  • Trade shows: Occasionally visiting regional or pan-European events, trade shows, and customer visits.
