A global floral trade company seeks an Account Manager B2B Sales in Barcelona to bridge connections between flower growers and business clients. This role includes actively driving sales, managing relationships, and expanding market presence. This is a full-time on-site role based in Barcelona. The
will act as a key commercial link between flower growers and business clients—navigating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals in
some of your daily tasks include :
Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of the country, whether through residence or cultural / market knowledge.
Languages: English proficiency (our company´s language) + Polish.
Location: Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate within 3 months.
Experience: 3 years in a B2B sales, or account management role.
Experience in the flower / agri-trade industry is a plus but not required.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial instincts. Tech-savviness and attention to detail are a must.
Competitive Compensation: The position is offered on a freelance basis with yearly compensation of €34.560 ( €27.648 fixed base salary + €6.912 performance-based variable compensation).
