We are currently seeking a Full Stack Account Executive based in the DACH region to drive new business acquisition across mid‑market clients. This opportunity offers full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — in a highly dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

Ideal a driven professional fluent in German, with a strong commercial mindset and consultative sales approach.

Their innovative solution simplifies corporate spending by integrating procurement, expense management, invoice processing, and accounting automation. Trusted by over 200,000 users across leading brands, they are headquartered in Europe and maintain offices in several major cities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new leads by identifying key decision‑makers within target organisations across the DACH market.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure continuous achievement of acquisition goals.
  • Design and implement personalised outreach strategies using email, phone, social platforms, and meetings.
  • Handle objections confidently and effectively to maintain momentum in the sales process.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, secure stakeholder buy‑in, and close new business deals.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Onboarding, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records to report progress and ensure transparency.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve acquisition strategy.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, ideally in SMB or mid‑market environments.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and closing deals in a competitive market, with average sales cycles of 1–4 months.
  • Strong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to consistently exceed quotas.
  • Solid organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in various pipeline stages.
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results.
  • Confident in MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies.
