About the Role & Team

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team, focusing on the Portuguese market. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process, from prospecting to closing, driving customer growth through solution-oriented selling and strategic account development.

You’ll join a small but ambitious team of 2 colleagues in our Aarhus office, while sitting alongside the broader Sales team, immersing yourself in the energy, collaboration, and fast-paced environment of our growing Sales organization. You’ll also work closely with our Customer Success, Sales Development, and Product teams, ensuring your efforts make a real impact for our customers and our business.

What you will do
  • Own the full sales cycle from self-sourced prospecting through close, including discovery, demos, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Proactively generate pipeline by independently prospecting new accounts
  • Qualify and prioritize marketing & SDR sourced opportunities using defined criteria to ensure a healthy, high-quality pipeline aligned with revenue targets
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work in close collaboration in pre- and post-sales stages with Customer Success, Sales Development and Product Development teams
What you bring
  • Experienced in managing a sales cycle and engaging with stakeholders from the Portuguese market
  • Proven ownership of the full sales process, including self-sourced prospecting
  • Native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English
Practicalities

Salary: We have six defined salary levels within this role, designed to ensure fair and consistent progression as your skills and responsibilities grow. The annual base salary for this role ranges from 28.000 DKK to 45.000 DKK depending on experience and alignment with our structured sales framework. In addition, we offer uncapped commission.

Office location: Kannikegade 4, Aarhus C

Working hours: 37 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home
