A leading online services company in Berlin is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue through upselling. You will be the key contact for customer inquiries, monitor campaign performance, and work cross-functionally to resolve needs effectively. Ideal candidates have a background in customer success or account management, along with CRM experience, and proficient in both English and German.
Own the end-to-end customer journey - from onboarding through renewal - ensuring satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.
Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, including billing and service-related inquiries.
Monitor advertising campaign performance and product usage, proactively suggesting optimization measures.
Gather and share customer feedback with Product and Business teams to continuously improve our offering.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Tech, Finance, and Project Management to resolve customer needs effectively.
You have experience in customer success, account management, or another customer-facing role.
You bring knowledge of CRM tools and have a background in online advertising.
You communicate clearly and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
You’re skilled at problem-solving and can navigate complex requests independently.
You're fluent in English and German.
