We are driving the transition to regenerative agriculture by expanding into new markets and building strong partnerships across the agricultural supply chain. As our new Market Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our impact, leading strategic market entry initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover strategic market opportunities and growth potential for Klim.
  2. Lead the end-to-end execution of part of our market rollouts, ensuring all milestones are met and internal teams are aligned.
  3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to drive sustainable market success.
  4. Oversee the development and seamless implementation of market entry strategies, ensuring smooth regional expansion.
  5. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new market teams, setting them up for long-term success.
  6. Track KPIs, extract actionable insights, and proactively mitigate risks to optimise expansion efforts.
Your profile
  1. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
  2. Several years experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development.
  3. Highly organised and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering measurable impact.
  4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects effectively.
  5. Hands-on experience leading market entry initiatives and managing expansion projects are a plus.
  6. Knowledge of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, or sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
  7. Willingness to travel for market research, industry events, and stakeholder engagement.
  8. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
