We are looking for a fulltime permanent Team Lead Performance Marketing (all genders) to start as soon as possible. We live remotefirst but you can choose whether you want to work hybrid or completely onsite due to your proximity to one of our locations.

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for numbers a real team leader and want to take on responsibility where you can have a real impact Then we have just the right challenge for you.

As our new Team Lead Performance Marketing you will take over the management of our performance area both in terms of content and personnel. You will not only develop the strategy for our paid and organic channels but also reorganize team structures so that this strategy can be successfully implemented. Whether further development or reorganization : you shape the team according to the requirements of a scaling international business.

Your playing field is diverse : you work across brands with different stakeholders product categories and maturity levels. You maintain an overview prioritize clearly and lead your team with a clear focus on impact collaboration and further development.

You drive the performance of our marketing activities based on data and ensure that we invest our budget where it really counts. At the same time you build sustainable structures that secure our longterm growth.

You will also take us to the next level in SEO : you will develop a strategy that measurably increases the proportion of nonbrand organic traffic through smart planning clear responsibilities and crossfunctional collaboration.

Your personality paired with :

• Several years of experience in performance marketing (paid & organic) including at least 12 years in a leadership role
• The ability to develop motivate and align teams towards common goals
• Experience in managing SEA and SEO strategies (handson and strategic)
• Knowhow in tools such as Google Ads Google Analytics SEMrush or ahrefs
• Very good written and spoken English skills German is a plus
• A strong understanding of datadriven decision making and crosschannel relationships
• Experience in subscription models ecommerce or cloud / hosting environments (nice to have)
