As our new Market Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our impact, leading strategic market entry initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across teams.

Your responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover strategic market opportunities and growth potential for Klim.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of part of our market rollouts, ensuring all milestones are met and internal teams are aligned.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to drive sustainable market success.
- Oversee the development and seamless implementation of market entry strategies, ensuring smooth regional expansion.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and enablement of new market teams, setting them up for long-term success.
- Track KPIs, extract actionable insights, and proactively mitigate risks to optimise expansion efforts.
Your profile
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
- Several years experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnership development.
- Highly organised and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering measurable impact.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects effectively.
- Hands-on experience leading market entry initiatives and managing expansion projects are a plus.
- Knowledge of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, or sustainability initiatives is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for market research, industry events, and stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
