A leading public broadcaster in Germany is looking for a professional to provide support in networks and IT security within their Infrastructure department. Responsibilities include administering network infrastructure, monitoring SIEM systems, and assisting with migrations. Ideal candidates have a higher education qualification or equivalent experience combined with IT sector knowledge. In the Infrastructure department of the Technology division, you will provide support in the specialist area of networks and IT security. We rely on state‑of‑the‑art technologies such as Software Defined Networking (SDN) with Cisco ACI and enterprise firewalls from Palo Alto Networks.
A higher education entrance qualification is required (e.g. entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences, general higher education entrance qualification) or several years of qualified professional experience in accordance with the applicable higher education regulations.

Fair conditions: We offer a collectively agreed salary. If you have the necessary training and professional experience, you will be paid according to Group D of our salary scale. We are the internal IT service provider of ARD, i.e. all ARD broadcasters, Deutschlandradio and DW under the leadership of rbb, and provide central IT services at the locations of the state broadcasters and Deutschlandradio.
The preferred place of work is Potsdam or Cologne, but another place of work at one of our IVZ locations in Leipzig, Hamburg, Munich or is also possible.
