Your Role:

1. Design the functional architecture of our marketing systems and serve as an internal consultant for Product Owners, Tech, and Business departments.
2. Act as a Product Owner, overseeing the implementation of specific IT product solutions.
3. Align the business vision of our marketing platform with the technical modernization strategy, creating sustainable digital product solutions.
4. Ensure systems support current requirements and allow for future business models, innovative work methods, and efficient processes.
5. Design products that enable data-driven marketing in an automated and scalable manner.
6. Integrate AI-supported campaign logics within a multi-partner marketing platform.
7. Assist other Product Owners in designing functional interfaces of our marketing API, connecting internal systems, service providers, and partners.

Your Profile:

1. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in product management, IT consulting, or business analysis for complex software solutions, focusing on backend functionalities and data exchange.
2. Experience in CRM, marketing, and sales processes, including process design and data modeling.
3. Proven track record of managing digital products in agile environments, ideally based on cloud architectures.
4. Experience in the Mar-Tech environment is preferred.
5. Technical background in software engineering is an asset.
6. Excellent communication skills in German and English at all stakeholder levels.
