Senior SAP Project Manager – Global S/4HANA Rollout (m/f/d)

Lead and manage global SAP S/4HANA rollout projects with a focus on logistics and supply chain processes
Coordinate cross-functional and international teams throughout the project lifecycle (planning, execution, go-live, and hypercare)
Act as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives and technical implementation
Define project scopes, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards
Oversee system integration, data migration, testing strategies, and change management activities
Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to S/4HANA
Provide guidance on logistics modules (e.g. SAP MM, SD, EWM, TM) within the overall SAP architecture
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business departments, and external implementation partners
Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimisation post-rollout
University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable qualification
4+ years of SAP project management experience, including leadership of global SAP S/4HANA implementations
Ideally Strong background in SAP Logistics modules (MM, SD, EWM, TM)
Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation or rollout projects
Excellent understanding of end-to-end business processes within a global industrial environment
Solid knowledge of Project managementmethodology and project governance structures
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
High level of organisational, analytical, and communication skills
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
