YOUR MISSION

You will build and own yfood’s global marketing architecture, ensuring that strategy, budgets, campaigns and market execution are fully aligned. Your work will directly enable scalable international growth by bringing clarity, structure and strategic focus to how we plan, invest and activate marketing globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the annual global marketing planning process across markets.
  • Build and manage multi‑market campaign and launch calendars.
  • Develop category and growth frameworks to guide market strategy.
  • Lead budgeting models, forecasting and investment allocation.
CAMPAIGN & BRAND STRATEGY
  • Define the global campaign narrative and campaign architecture.
  • Develop playbooks and strategic guidelines for local market teams.
  • Build clear messaging, funnel and briefing frameworks.
  • Align closely with Creative and Activation teams to ensure strategic consistency.
PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS INTEGRATION
  • Work closely with E‑Commerce to align brand strategy and performance marketing.
  • Partner with Brand Management to translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Build and evolve global measurement and KPI frameworks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Strategic background, e.g. former management consultant, strategy, or central marketing role.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, high‑growth startups or another high‑performance environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills combined with a structured and data‑driven working style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid commercial acumen and a high degree of ownership.
  • Outstanding ability to structure complex topics and synthesize insights.
  • Hands‑on, analytical and impact‑driven.
  • Strong business logic and financial mindset, especially around budgets and investments.
  • Global mindset with experience working across functions and markets.
  • Excellent communication skills (englisch & german C1), able to align senior stakeholders clearly and confidently.
