To support the continued growth of our founder-led company, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) in Munich, or Berlin working in a hybrid model.

You will be responsible for some of our core strategic product initiatives on management board level directly contributing to our company goals. You have full ownership from ideation to execution and realizing the benefits from your products. You will be supported by a team of highly motivated engineers, analysts and UX specialists, as well as business experts to help you succeed.

• Ownership: As Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving vision and execution of overarching product initiatives that significantly boost automation of complex processes for our operations teams on our b2b CX marketplace platform (e.g. business and workforce management, development of platform users, training and success management).
• Creative freedom: You will have the autonomy to design new products from the ground up, contribute your own ideas, and work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that create the biggest impact.
• Innovation: You will collaborate with a top-tier engineering team to integrate state-of-the-art technologies into our platform and new products. Your work will cover a broad spectrum, from developing small MVPs and pilot projects to large-scale production systems handling thousands of interactions per day.
• Impact: This role provides the opportunity to significantly contribute to the company’s success and growth story. By focusing on the economic impact of products, you can hone your skills as value-generating product expert.

• Love for Engineering and Digital Products: You have an engineering or product background and several years of experience in engineering and product management, ideally in a fast growing SME company or your own startup. Experience in operations-related fields or consulting background is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are curious and have a hands-on, can-do attitude. You go the extra mile to rapidly prototype, iterate, and identify new product opportunities. Additionally, you recognize opportunities to maximize user value and business impact.
• Proven impact:You can demonstrate proven success from end-to-end product projects where your work has made a difference.
• Structure & Prioritization:You excel at breaking down and structuring complex challenges, have a strong affinity for data, and possess the technical understanding to make fast, well-informed decisions about which ideas to pursue.
• Communication Skills:You have strong communication skills in both English and German and enjoy collaborating with especially senior stakeholders across different departments and backgrounds as well as within your cross-functional team.
