Job summary
Ein Softwareunternehmen im Bauwesen sucht eine Führungskraft zur Gründung und Expansion der Tochtergesellschaft in Singapur. Die Rolle umfasst die Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien, Akquisition neuer Kunden und die Leitung eines lokalen Teams. Ideale Kandidaten haben mindestens sieben Jahre Erfahrung in der strukturellem Analyse/Entwurf oder im Vertrieb von Software und exzellente Kenntnisse des Bau-Software-Marktes in Singapur.

- Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Singaporean subsidiary
- Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals
- Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
- Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success)
- Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events
- Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
- Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in Singapore
- Regular reporting to the headquarters’ management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback
