A leading tech education platform is seeking a CRM Director to optimize user engagement and drive enrollment conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, lead the CRM strategy, and work remotely. This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary between €5.5k and €7.1k depending on experience.

We’re looking for a CRM Director who can turn data into meaningful, personalized experiences. You’ll lead the strategy behind how we engage, nurture, and re-engage our users across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution: analytical enough to uncover insights in customer data, creative enough to turn them into compelling communications, and tech‑savvy enough to leverage AI‑driven personalization at scale. Your goal will be to guide more users from first interest to confident enrollment.
Candidates based in the UK, Germany, Netherlands are preferred. Other parts of the European Union are possible as well.
